I am authorized to represent the above-mentioned Company (the “Company”). On behalf of the Company, I hereby grant InterFACE Talent Network, LLC and InterFACE Pages.com (“InterFACE”) the right to copyright, reproduce, or otherwise use anywhere in the world forever, the above mentioned Quote, for any and all purposes, including but not limited to, the commercial use of the Quote for advertising, publicity, and trade. The Company, all employees of the Company, and all industry professionals utilizing InterFACE’s services, are prohibited from: (i) using, copying, or recording any composite cards, profiles, headshots, resumes, MP3 recordings, or any other material posted and protected by the rights of a third party without the prior written consent of said third party, and (ii) contacting the models, actors and talent without the prior written consent of InterFACE or an affiliate of InterFACE.

On behalf of the Company I hereby acknowledge and understand that InterFACE Pages.com is only a venue to present potential models, actors and talent. While InterFACE and its affiliates, at times, may act as a venue for industry professionals to request models, actors and talent, neither InterFACE nor its affiliates screen or censor the requests offered. InterFACE and its affiliates are not a school or modeling agency. InterFACE and its affiliates are not involved in any of the discussions or the actual transaction between industry professionals and selected models, actors and talent. InterFACE and its affiliates do not offer services directly related to any model’s, actor’s or talent’s future employment. As a result, InterFACE and its affiliates do not charge any commission or fee related to any employment that may arise due to the relationship between the potential models, actors and talent and the industry professionals. Accordingly, InterFACE and its affiliates have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the models, actors and talent.

On behalf of the Company, you knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with dealing with potential models, actors and talent with whom you come in contact as a result of your relationship with InterFACE. On behalf of the Company you release InterFACE and all of its affiliates, agents and employees from all losses, injuries, claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in connection with your dealings with any such potential models, actors and talent.
